    Description


    As Escrow Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all funds coming into and out of our real estate escrow accounts in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

    Input daily depositsHandle check requestsRevise checks and disburse recording overagesIssue stop payments on checks and reprint checks for disbursementInput daily wires Audit real estate ledgers Download, Release and Transfer depositsReconcile in RYNOHDeposit checks on a regular basisProcess refund checksWorks with others in the Finance department to ensure ledgers, sub-ledgers, and reports are in balance and reconciled to other financial data.

    Other duties may be assigned.


    Skills and Attributes:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn new responsibilities, adapt to change, collaborate as a team-player, and has a passion for continuous improvement.

    Strongly motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
    Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    High degree of interpersonal skill and tact to establish and maintain effective working relationships.


    Qualifications:
    2 years accounts payable experience in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)Experience with Quickbooks accounting software a plus.
    Knowledge of general accounting principles also a plus.
