    Senior Account Executive - Payroll & EOR Solutions

    East Coast Territory (Remote)

    $120K +Bonus (Not Double OTE)

    *Keep in mind that the successful candidate should have prior experience in the Payroll / HR / EOR / PEO sectors.*

    We're on the lookout for a motivated Senior Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our client's sales team in the US.

    You'll be responsible for revenue-generating tasks for their Payroll / Employer of Record (EOR) services in the crucial East Coast market.

    In this position, you'll discover new opportunities, foster existing connections, and contribute to shaping their sales approach.

    Senior Account Executive (Payroll & EOR Solutions) - Main Duties:

    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for payroll and EOR in your designated area.
    • Create and implement effective sales techniques to boost growth and achieve goals.
    • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to spot chances in the payroll and EOR sectors.
    • Establish and maintain a strong sales pipeline, monitoring progress towards targets.
    • Interact with potential clients, evaluate their requirements, and handle issues related to payroll and EOR solutions.
    • Keep updated on industry trends and competitor actions to pinpoint emerging opportunities.
    • Travel to meet with clients, participate in events, and conduct market studies.

    Senior Account Executive (Payroll & EOR Solutions) - Requirements:

    • Extensive experience in B2B sales within the specified markets.
    • Demonstrated history of meeting sales targets, preferably in payroll or EOR services, is vital.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and relevant communication tools.
    • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
    • Understanding and respect for cultural diversities.
    • Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation.
    • Capable of working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
