- Collaborate between sales and Advertising Operations to manage a variety of strategic digital marketing campaigns.
- Collect proof of performance reports from all partner teams and deliver reports to the appropriate Media Strategist
- Work with the Business Department to verify that all active campaigns are consistent with revenue reports.
- The Digital Marketing Project Coordinator will assist the Director of Digital Advertising Operations with the coordination of digital marketing campaign execution.
- They will organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.

- Receive signed Insertion Orders and initiate the fulfillment of the campaigns with appropriate partner teams.
- Maintain database of all campaigns, tactics, creative assets, flight dates and budgets.

- Previous track record of successfully working with digital sales teams
- Must be able to work with sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Proven digital marketing aptitude in the areas of SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Programmatic Video/Display, YouTube, Google Analytics, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Outstanding writing and communication skills
- Highly organized and an ability to multi-task
