Description

Position Summary:
As Project Management Coordinator, you are an integral part of the customer

journey. You assist Project Managers with moving the customer from sale to

delivery/installation. Your duties include administrative tasks that happen

behind the scenes between the customer, sales associate, and operations

team.

Essential Job Duties

  • Communicate with manufacturers and distributors to get lead times/ETA's on
products. Document all communication in notes and notify sales associate of any

substantial issues

  • Submit order requests. Requests are submitted to purchasing by the EOD of job
readiness confirmation. If the job includes product that is discontinued, closeout, red

tag, or less than 5 in inventory assign the product to the order.

  • Handle purchase order cancellations confirming with Purchasing the item is
returnable. If not, contact sales associate to convey situation with customer

  • Check receipt status on orders. Constantly check receipt status of jobs. Follow up
with Will Call that order has been picked up or delivered to customer. Check items

notes and notify sales associate of any substantial issues

  • Submit deliver/installation worksheet to delivery team. Coordinate with third party
installer to ensure proper timing of delivery

  • Check each morning that scheduled jobs are loaded on delivery trucks
associate and Vice President of Sales

  • Report all returns to returns department. All notes in are recorded in RPS

Pay:
Up to $26.00 per hour
