Position Summary:
As Project Management Coordinator, you are an integral part of the customer
journey. You assist Project Managers with moving the customer from sale to
delivery/installation. Your duties include administrative tasks that happen
behind the scenes between the customer, sales associate, and operations
team.
Essential Job Duties
- Communicate with manufacturers and distributors to get lead times/ETA's on
substantial issues
- Submit order requests. Requests are submitted to purchasing by the EOD of job
tag, or less than 5 in inventory assign the product to the order.
- Handle purchase order cancellations confirming with Purchasing the item is
- Check receipt status on orders. Constantly check receipt status of jobs. Follow up
notes and notify sales associate of any substantial issues
- Submit deliver/installation worksheet to delivery team. Coordinate with third party
- Check each morning that scheduled jobs are loaded on delivery trucks
- Report all returns to returns department. All notes in are recorded in RPS
Pay:
Up to $26.00 per hour
