As a Multi-Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and defining a process for cross-project scheduling.

Your future tasks will include:

Developing and defining a process for crossproject scheduling in collaboration with the ENS program area and the Project Management Office (PMO)
Implementing processes and tools (Unified Planning) in coordination with the ENS program area and the Project Management Office (PMO)
Active change management for the implementation of processes and tools (Unified Planning)
Defining, implementing, and evaluating a pilot project
Continuously analyzing and implementing potential improvements
Implementing a crossproject, optimized planning for the targeted use of resources (labor, space, equipment)
Conducting regular meetings to align crossproject scheduling with individual project requirements and plans
Regularly reviewing milestones and deliveries
Regularly analyzing schedule deviations, risks, and bottlenecks
Optimizing crossproject planning for project changes and
