We offer you a role with high levels of responsibility and autonomy, which includes the following key areas:
- Organizing and leading complex projects
- Assessing the local conditions of projects: accessibility for cranes, trucks, vans, and material storage
- Monitoring and coordinating the involved specialist offices, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Economic, contractual, and timely responsibility for projects
- Independent management of projects as a construction manager
- Work preparation
- Monitoring and controlling budget compliance
- Invoicing
- Change management
- Managing employees
- Acquiring new customers
We look forward to your application if you have the following experience:
- Completed degree in civil engineering or other relevant technical training
- First to several years of professional experience in construction management preferred
- SIVV certification desirable
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Goal-oriented and cost-conscious work style
