Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Concierge.

As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for clients and will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience while their roof project.

Duties:

Provide upscale customer service experience for clients.
Addressing and escalating customer complaints.
Answering inquiries of clients.
Actively listen to and resolve complaints.
Coordinate and manage communication between customer and production staff.
Providing information about programs and services.
Understanding customer satisfaction criteria & results.
Proactively find resolutions to customer concerns.
Striving to continually improve guest satisfaction.
Ensures problems are dealt with immediately and proactively with the support of the production department.
Commute to and from Customer homes when needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience:

College desirable or High school diploma or equivalent minimum.
Proven experience in customer experience.
Strong communication, organization, and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be able to work independently and carry out assignments to completion with mínimal instruction.
Is able to make simple decisions that affect their own work or the customers experience in a positive manner.
Is required to be immaculate and presentable and understand the importance of first impressions.
