    Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

    • Schedule Management: Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules. Ensure that project milestones are met and that adjustments are made in response to project alterations and delays.
    • Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress and help in tracking milestones and deliverables. Prepare regular status reports for the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
    • Permit Management: Support the permitting process by coordinating with local government bodies and ensuring that all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted on time.
    • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Project Manager. This includes organizing meetings, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining project documentation.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Assist in communicating with project stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information to push the project forward.
    • Risk and Issue Coordination: Help identify potential risks and issues in the project timeline or execution, and coordinate with the relevant parties to resolve them promptly.
    Requirements:
    • 2+ years of experience in project coordination a plus, ideally in telecommunications, construction, or related field.
    • 2+ years of administrative assistance experience a plus
    • Knowledgable in excel or smartsheets
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
    • Experience in handling permits and familiarity with local government processes is a plus.
