Job Overview:

Are you ready to bring your excepetional organizational and communication skills to a vibrant and dynamic team? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to schedule flooring work.

Duties:

• Schedule work given by customers
• Coordinate with staff to ensure availability for appointments
• Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed
• Own the end to end sales cycle: advance sales opportunities from qualified leads to closed revenue.
• Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships, develop trusted relationships with key accounts, project managers, and purchasing agents.
• Answer phone calls and assist clients with scheduling inquiries

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Flooring industry: 1 year (Prefered)
• Previous experience in Sales: 2 year (required)
• Fluent in Spanish and English: (Prefered)
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
