Industrial Maintenance and Machine Shop Manager – Manage and coordinate the activities of mechanics, machine shop, and facility personnel.

Recommend improvements to production equipment to achieve efficiency and accuracy. Contribute to decision makings of the management team in pursuit of more efficient and profitable operations and opportunities for growth. Responsible for the design and development of various machinery and tooling projects, these vary from small R&D tasks to large scale production lines.

Ensure that all regulatory and safety documents and procedures are compliant with current laws, both federal and state. Oversee facility changes and improvements as necessary. Supervise and coordinate the activities of facilities personnel and outside contractors.

• Supervise all production mechanics, shop machinists and facilities personnel.
• Develop, implements, and supervise preventative maintenance and renovation programs for buildings, grounds, mechanical and electrical, utility, safety, and security systems.
• Hire, evaluate, build and develop the skill set of the maintenance team through trainings, cross training, mentorship, etc.
• Work with Engineering team to manage, lead, and develop various machinery and tooling projects. 
• Establish highly effective collaboration and teamwork between maintenance team and production, Quality, engineering, and new product development teams.

BS in Civil Engineering/HVAC and Cooling Planning, Installation, and Maintenance, Dust collection systems.
