PAY RANGE:
$60,000- $80,000
General Responsibility:
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth planning, execution, and completion of commercial flooring projects.
You will work closely with the Project Manager and collaborate with various teams to meet project goals and deliver exceptional results.
Significant Duties:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling project activities, including ordering materials, coordinating labor, and ensuring project timelines are met.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and project plans.
- Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the Project Manager in managing project budgets and expenses.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on project costs and expenses, making adjustments as necessary to stay within budget constraints.

- Promote and enforce safety protocols on job sites to protect the health and wellbeing of all personnel and adhere to safety regulations.
- Prepare regular project status reports and update project stakeholders on progress.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement to enhance project efficiency.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in project management or construction, ideally in the flooring industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
Pay:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
