Description
We are a toy and gift manufacturer with lots of products in development. The work environment at Snap is solution-focused, fast-paced, and highly collaborative. We are looking for a Sample Coordinator/Office Assistant to join our team. This position is 100% in-office Monday-Friday, no remote.


Responsibilities:


  • Packing up and shipping sample packages to factories, clients, and hybrid/remote colleagues
  • Work closely with Sales and Product Development teams to ensure samples are processed in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
  • Maintaining warehouse sample organization
    (requires lifting boxes up to 40 pounds)
  • Pass samples to creative team for photographing upon arrival from factory
  • Various financial tasks including ensuring bills are paid, filing payments in our server, depositing checks, and entering bills
  • Manage overall function of the office including ordering supplies, making sure equipment is working properly, scheduling office services as needed (such as IT or handyman), and tracking PTO requests
  • Oversee management travel arrangements and book convention attendance
  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves
  • Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, making reservations, maintaining calendars, scheduling interviews, doing research, and creating reports
  • Ensure office is ready for client meetings as needed, including pulling and staging samples, and setting up IT for presentations
  • Provide direct support to the CEO for various tasks
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:


  • 5+ years professional experience
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deal positively with changing priorities
  • Selfstarter with ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move boxes with multiple toys in them (up to 40 pounds)
  • QuickBooks experience a plus
  • Previous warehouse or showroom management experience a plus
  • 1+ year customer service experience a plus
  • 1+ year Shopify experience a plus
  • 100% in office, no remote in this position

Pay:
$65, $70,000.00 per year
