- Manage complex, ever changing calendar
- Providing meeting and presentation documents; assist with editing on occasion
- Book domestic and international travel with and without 3rd party support
- Screen phone calls and walk ins
- Coordinate with vendors for catering, invoices and billing
- At least 3 years supporting a C-level Executive
- Previous experience working within professional services preferred
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Concur and QuickBooks
- Ability to think outside the box and adapt quickly

Job DescriptionExecutive Assistant
LHH is looking for a temporary Executive Assistant for our client, a real estate firm with offices in Long Island City, Queens.. This person will be supporting a C-level Executive with Calendar, Travel, Expenses and ad-hoc project based work. This is a 100% on-site, in person position and this person should be comfortable working from 9am – 6pm. This position will pay between $45-50/hr, contingent on experience.
