    Executive Assistant

    LHH is looking for a temporary Executive Assistant for our client, a real estate firm with offices in Long Island City, Queens.. This person will be supporting a C-level Executive with Calendar, Travel, Expenses and ad-hoc project based work. This is a 100% on-site, in person position and this person should be comfortable working from 9am – 6pm. This position will pay between $45-50/hr, contingent on experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage complex, ever changing calendar
    • Providing meeting and presentation documents; assist with editing on occasion
    • Book domestic and international travel with and without 3rd party support
    • Screen phone calls and walk ins
    • Coordinate with vendors for catering, invoices and billing

    Experience:

    • At least 3 years supporting a C-level Executive
    • Previous experience working within professional services preferred

    Skills:

    • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Concur and QuickBooks
    • Ability to think outside the box and adapt quickly
    Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
