Müller ist der Ursprung der heutigen Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller, zu der heute viele etablierte Marken im Bereich Food und Logistics gehören.

    Wir suchen Sie in Aretsried (bei Augsburg) als Category Manager Ingredients (m/w/d).
    Sie übernehmen die gruppenweite Verantwortung für den strategischen Einkauf ausgewählter Lebensmittelrohwaren (bspw. Fruchtsaftkonzentrate, Fruchtzubereitungen, Kulturen) und stimmen sich dabei eng mit den anderen Einkaufsstandorten ab.
    Als Category Manager Ingredients sind Sie für die strategische Ausrichtung der von Ihnen verantworteten Materialgruppen zuständig.
    Sie beobachten und bewerten kontinuierlich Ihre nationalen und internationalen Beschaffungsmärkte und erarbeiten die entsprechenden Beschaffungsstrategien gemeinsam mit Ihren relevanten Stakeholdern.
    Sie identifizieren eigenständig Optimierungspotenziale und setzen diese pragmatisch um.
    In Ihrer Funktion sind Sie zudem verantwortlich für die eigenständige Durchführung von Ausschreibungen, das Führen komplexer Verhandlungen mit einer internationalen Lieferantenbasis und den Abschluss von Einkaufskontrakten.
    Sie sind Ansprechpartner bei einkaufsrelevanten Themen für alle Stakeholder wie z.B. Business Units. Dabei wirken Sie an der kurz-, mittel- und langfristigen Budget- und Materialplanung mit und treiben Innovationen voran.
    Sie verfügen über ein mit Erfolg abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Lebensmitteltechnologie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
    Sie bringen mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf mit, idealerweise im Bereich von Lebensmittelrohwaren oder in der Lebensmittelindustrie.
    Ein ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine hohe Leistungsmotivation zeichnen Sie aus.
    Sie sind kommunikationsstark, arbeiten gerne im Team und verfügen über eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie analytisch konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten.
    Der sicherer Umgang mit SAP R/3 (Modul MM) sowie den MS-Office Programmen runden Ihr Profil ab.
    Sie bringen verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit und verfügen idealerweise auch über polnische Sprachkenntnisse.
