- Ensure compliance with Safety Policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Report accidents, incidents, and hazards promptly
- Prepare for production runs by reviewing schedules and weighing ingredients
- Maintain error-free documentation and report any deviations
- Obtain equipment and raw materials for manufacturing
- 1 year experience in Pharma/Biotech Manufacturing Support
- Ability to work in aseptic manufacturing areas
- Prior experience in cell and gene therapy
- Technical knowledge to operate equipment independently
- Environmental Monitoring skills
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and ability to learn and apply lessons
