Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our wholesale operations, including identifying new markets, developing product offerings, and establishing partnerships with potential clients.

Production Management: Oversee all aspects of the baking process, from ingredient sourcing to final product delivery, to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of bakers and production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

Quality Control: Establish and enforce strict quality control measures to guarantee the freshness, taste, and appearance of our baked goods, maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels effectively, optimizing stock levels to meet demand while minimizing waste and ensuring product freshness.

Operational Efficiency: Streamline production processes and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and industry best practices to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the bakery industry, with a focus on wholesale operations.
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment, with a passion for creating highquality baked goods.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of business principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
- Relevant certifications in food safety and sanitation
