I am a Penn State Smeal College of Business graduate where I majored in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Through this experience, I developed expert problem-solving and creative thinking skills. I am able to recognize opportunities and turn high-potential ideas into developed plans. Experience
I worked as an Administrative Assistant Intern for a life coaching startup. I executed onboarding/offboarding of new clients, scheduled meetings, worked in customer support, organized databases, and utilized polite and professional communication via phone and email.
I did sales, e-commerce and content creation for Hummingbird Boutique. I worked for a New York fashion stylist, visual merchandiser and owner of multiple fashion boutiques. I focused on customer-centric selling, merchandising & e-commerce inventory management to support the business.
I interned for BAODT, a Germany-based pop-up art gallery and auction event planning business. I handled client outreach and business promotion via social media platforms.
I was a Brand Strategist for Nomadik Supply U.S. LLC. I created and conducted polls and focus groups in order to gauge American consumer feedback on Nomadik as a brand (i.e., brand awareness, perception, associations) and its various product categories. I assisted in the development of the initial U.S. brand strategy consisting of digital campaigns, partnerships, pop-up events, and influencer sponsorships targeted towards a new strategic target audience. And I managed U.S. social media marketing initiatives on Instagram (@we_are_nomadik), leading to a 25% increase in organic followers within targeted demographic.
