    Description

    Dolphin Debit, a wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet, serves financial institutions and credit unions throughout the United States with a complete suite of ATM management and outsourcing services, including routine maintenance, cash management, and compliance updates.

    We have an exciting role for an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team. This is a full-time permanent role reporting to our SVP Director of Sales.

    As Regional Sales Director, you are responsible for selling ATM's in an assigned territory with the expectation of exceeding annual targets.

    The Regional Sales Director defines the sales strategy for the region, seeks sales opportunities with new clients, manages the sales process and leads the negotiations process to bring the sale to a successful close.


    10+ years of experience in software sales to financial services organizations, with an emphasis on electronic payments applications and/or core banking applications.

    ~ Proven track record of achieving multi-million dollar annual sales targets and onboarding new clients.
    ~ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver quality results.
    ~ Proven hunting and closing sales.
    ~ Some overnight travel will be required fr in-person meetings, staff meetings, trade shows, etc.
