- Partnering with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and identify opportunities for IT enablement - Leading the development and execution of IT strategies and initiatives to support business objectives
- Managing a portfolio of IT projects and ensuring their successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive alignment
- Driving innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending solutions to enhance business processes
- Providing guidance and mentorship to IT teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
- Working closely and supporting the Customer & Product Support (C&PS) and Sales business groups
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and identify opportunities for IT enablement
- Lead the development and execution of IT strategies and initiatives to support business objectives

- Work with the business and Corporate teams on STRAP & AOP planning
- Focus on managing projects, changes, escalations related to the Salesforce application
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT business partnering or related roles
- Strong understanding of IT strategy, project management, and relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- At least 2 years of Salesforce experience
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Proficiency in Jira for project management
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in driving IT innovation and digital transformation initiatives
- Proven track record of delivering IT solutions that drive business value
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
