We are looking for an experienced, critical thinking, human resource business partner to work with large, dynamic, growth-oriented business groups in our company.

This role will balance company growth with valuable structure and integrity to ensure our employees are receiving excellent support and direction.

This HRBP interacts with all levels of company employees and will play an integral role in the strategy and execution of company success for our patient services, sales, and various other departments.


The HR Business Partner is a key liaison role serving as the voice of HR to the business, and the voice of the business to HR by being knowledgeable of the various HR disciplines as well as understanding the experiences, expectations and needs of the business groups that they support.

_Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards._


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business or equivalent experience required.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Experience in strategic business partnering, performance management (including progressive discipline), employee relations (including investigations), recruiting and employee development. Experience working with a diverse staff of exempt and nonexempt employees.
  • Experience working with local and remote employees.
  • Ability to operate in a highly dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proven analytical, technical and project management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to coach and/or counsel others.
  • Strong conflict management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Requires effective presentation and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Requires valid Arizona driver's license.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional in Human Resources or Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR or SPHR) designation.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Management or Business.
  • Coaching certification.
  • Additional related education and/or experience.
