    Description

    We are seeking an ambitious Sales & Business Development Manager/Director with an exceptional track record to take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of accounts with a key focus on the XR (VR Training / EDU / Healthcare) sector in North America.

    The successful candidate will help define and implement the account strategy for a portfolio of clients with the overall objective of securing revenue for Ultraleap's products including the Leap Motion Controller 2 into the distribution channel in North America. Experience in the channel is a huge plus for this role.

    This is a high-visibility position with direct impact on the company's success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals and targets
    • Continual pipeline development, including cold outreach and 'hunting' for new customers
    • Develop and implement strategic plans for portfolio of accounts
    • Work in partnership with internal stakeholders - engineering, product development and marketing - to formulate business proposals;
    • Develop broad and deep relationships across account organizations and channel customers' input to help drive the product roadmap
    • Coordinate technical activities in support of account plans
    • Forecast bookings and billings according to the company's forecasting cycle

    Experience and Skill Set

    • Proven experience in sales of high-tech products
    • Strong interpersonal relationship skills and an ability to cooperate across cultures and timezones
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders from R&D to C-suite
    • Ability to deal with complexity in a fast-moving environment with complex customers' business and technical needs; and take deals from the start to the finish
    • Great SalesForce knowledge
    • Performance driven, results orientated, great attention to detail

    Advantageous Skills

    • Experience in channel sales and retail sales
    • Technical background a plus

    General Information

    • Regular travel across North America and to our UK headquarters is required
    • The post-holder may be required to undertake such other comparable duties as is commensurate with experience and skills and which may be required by the business from time to time
