Role Scope:


In this role, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, from initial contact through to delivery.

Your responsibilities include providing updates on sales progress, exploring potential markets, staying ahead of market trends and competitor strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem resolution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets within your assigned territory by effectively marketing and selling the full range of Abio products and services.
  • Knowledge and Expertise: Develop and maintain an extensive understanding of our products, their features, and benefits to meet customer needs and drive sales.
  • Account Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company's objectives; Acquire comprehensive knowledge of accounts and products to devise strategies that convert customer needs into sales opportunities.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues promptly, either directly or by coordinating with other teams within the organization.

Product Development:
Identify customer needs to support and inform internal product development efforts.

  • Team Building: Build sales team when required by business growth, can motivate, coach and support team members to ensure they reach their targets.

Requirements:


Basic Education:
BA degree or higher in Life Sciences or related field


Experience:


  • 5+ years of sales experience in the clinical, biotech, pharma environment sector; experience with consumables and/or instruments is preferred.
  • 1~2 years of experience in a laboratory environment, preferably within a clinical or biotech environment, is desirable.

Special Knowledge / Skills

  • Proficient in identifying sales opportunities within the clinical, biotech, and pharmaceutical fields.
  • Proven capability in organizational and business issue resolution, cost and risk management.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Clear, effective communication and customerfacing skills are crucial.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging both customers and senior
management.

  • Selfmotivated with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to travel, occasionally at short notice, is necessary.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Relevant sales experience in consumable or instrument or both preferred

Pay:
From $150,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay

  • No travel
