    Description


    Are you a seasoned engineering professional eager to spearhead transformative projects in the renewable energy sector? We're seeking an accomplished leader to drive multi-disciplinary efforts across diverse project sites, focusing on renewable energy initiatives from inception to fruition.

    As a Practice Leader you'll be instrumental in the development, permitting, and construction oversight of cutting-edge renewable energy land development endeavors.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership:
    Take the helm in leading cross-functional teams on high-impact projects, championing innovation and excellence in renewable energy solutions.

    Business Development:
    Forge new pathways in client acquisition, cultivating relationships with prospective clients while nurturing existing partnerships

    Project Management Excellence:

    Oversee multiple projects with finesse, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards, while proactively addressing challenges along the way.


    Technical Expertise:

    Craft and review comprehensive proposals and reports, from feasibility studies to technical specifications, showcasing your prowess in the intricacies of renewable energy development.


    Team Leadership and Mentorship:

    Inspire and mentor a dynamic team of technical professionals, fostering their growth and expertise in renewable energy assessment, design, and permitting.


    Qualifications:

    Educational Background:
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Master's degree preferred.

    Experience:

    Bring to the table 12+ years of hands-on experience in developing, permitting, and overseeing the construction of renewable energy and/or linear infrastructure projects.


    Project Management Acumen:
    Demonstrate 7+ years of multidisciplinary project management expertise, navigating complex challenges with agility and finesse.

    Regulatory Knowledge:
    Possess a solid understanding of land use processes and regulations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in project execution.

    Preferred Skills and
    Experience:
    Professional licensure (PE) in Texas is required.
    Proven track record in client development, communication, and management.
    Self-driven leader with a knack for motivating and mentoring teams.
    Proficiency in managing projects from conceptualization to completion.
    Active involvement in professional organizations demonstrates your commitment to industry advancement.
    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with keen attention to detail.
