    Description

    Als "Senior SAP Offering Manager (m/w/d)" übernimmst Du eine bedeutende Rolle, denn Du bist gemeinsam mit dem Team verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung eines unserer wichtigsten Offerings "SAP on Any Cloud". Dazu gehört die Definition, (Weiter-) entwicklung, Festlegung und Abstimmung der wesentlichen Bestandteile des Offering "SAP on Any Cloud", z.B. Inhalt, Leistungsbeschreibungen, Kalkulationswerkzeuge, GoToMarket-Strategie, Kunden- und Vertriebspräsentationen.
    Deine weiteren Aufgaben:
    Überwachung der finanziellen Kennzahlen des Offerings (Umsatz, Order-Entry, Profitabilität) und ggf. Definition und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Kennzahlen
    Planung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung des Offerings im Rahmen des "Portfolio Strategy & Innovation"-Prozesses
    Vollständige Abbildung des Offerings in den aktuellen Offering Management Lifecycle-Tools
    Planung und Durchführung von Enablement Maßnahmen für den internationalen Vetrieb, SDM und Delivery

    Für diese Position bringst Du ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Fachrichtungen Ingenieurs- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder (Wirtschafts-) Informatik mit. Du besitzt ein tiefes Verständnis des SAP Produktportfolios, idealerweise auch in Bezug auf die neuen und innovativen SAP-Themen und kennst Dich mit Managed Services für SAP der T-Systems exzellent aus.
    Neben mindestens 5 Jahren Erfahrung im Projekt- und Portfoliomanagement sowie der segment- und funktionsübergreifenden Führung virtueller Teams bringst Du mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, der Einführung und dem Durchführen von Go-to-Market Strategien und Konzepten mit.
    Deine weiteren Skills:
    Tiefe Kenntnisse der Angebote und Services der verschiedenen Cloud Anbieter, so dass du die jeweiligen Vor- und Nachteile, Eigenheiten und Strategien beurteilen kannst
    Zertifikaten und Bescheinigungen entsprechender Schulungen der Cloudanbieter (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP), idealerweise auch über Zertifizierungen als Cloud Solution Architect Associate der genannten Hersteller
    Hohe Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz auf fachlicher Ebene mit Fokus und Erfahrung auf C-Level sowie großes Verhandlungsgeschick und eine ausgeprägte Konfliktlösungskompetenzen
    Hohe analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit vertrauensvolle Partnerschaften auf Managementlevel aufzubauen
    Fähigkeit komplexe Zusammenhänge anschaulich darzustellen und zielgruppengerecht zu präsentieren. Dabei hast Du ein treffsicheres Gespür für die richtigen Inhalte und eine angemessene Darstellung
    Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (min. B2-Level)
