We are looking for an experienced product manager to support and grow CME's BrokerTec trading platforms for US Treasuries and be a key contributor to a close-knit team responsible for BrokerTec's global fixed income offering.

This is a cross-functional role interfacing with clients as well as other departments across CME and requires knowledge of fixed income markets and a high degree of comfort, understanding, and experience with trading platforms.


Principal Accountabilities:


  • Manage BrokerTec's TCA analytics & liquidity metrics solutions
  • Create and update business analytics reporting functionality to monitor key metrics across the BrokerTec US Treasury products.
  • Field customer inquiries and act as a liaison across various internal teams from inception to resolution
  • Monitor market and industry movements, emerging trends, and new technologies in fixed income to inform platform strategy
  • Facilitate the development and ongoing management platform pricing, regularly engaging with both external clients and internal stakeholders
  • Help create & execute on client communication and marketing strategy
  • Provide regular updates on customer and market activity to management
  • Assist customers with GUI inquiries and functionalities. Assisting with UAT testing, new feature sign off and release when necessary.
  • Help prioritize projects and resources to effectively grow the BrokerTec platform

Skills and Software Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) required; Degree in Business/Economics or STEM preferred
years of professional experience. Background in fixed income markets (trading, broking, platform, or vendor) strongly preferred.

  • Must work well in a collaborative team environment and in a clientfacing role
  • Knowledge of US Treasuries & Treasury market structure, a plus.
  • Ability to handle large data sets and extract trends and insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and confidence interacting with senior management.
  • Possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, manage, and execute on multiple responsibilities
  • Series 7 license holder, or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment

The salary range for this role is $119,000-$198,400.

Actual salary offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
relevant experience, skills, education and comparison to internal employees (where relevant).
