Description

We are looking for an experienced product manager to support and grow CME's BrokerTec trading platforms for US Treasuries and be a key contributor to a close-knit team responsible for BrokerTec's global fixed income offering.

This is a cross-functional role interfacing with clients as well as other departments across CME and requires knowledge of fixed income markets and a high degree of comfort, understanding, and experience with trading platforms.

Principal Accountabilities:

Manage BrokerTec's TCA analytics & liquidity metrics solutions
Create and update business analytics reporting functionality to monitor key metrics across the BrokerTec US Treasury products.
Field customer inquiries and act as a liaison across various internal teams from inception to resolution
Monitor market and industry movements, emerging trends, and new technologies in fixed income to inform platform strategy
Facilitate the development and ongoing management platform pricing, regularly engaging with both external clients and internal stakeholders
Help create & execute on client communication and marketing strategy
Provide regular updates on customer and market activity to management
Assist customers with GUI inquiries and functionalities. Assisting with UAT testing, new feature sign off and release when necessary.
Help prioritize projects and resources to effectively grow the BrokerTec platform

Skills and Software Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) required; Degree in Business/Economics or STEM preferred

years of professional experience. Background in fixed income markets (trading, broking, platform, or vendor) strongly preferred.

Must work well in a collaborative team environment and in a clientfacing role
Knowledge of US Treasuries & Treasury market structure, a plus.
Ability to handle large data sets and extract trends and insights
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and confidence interacting with senior management.
Possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, manage, and execute on multiple responsibilities
Series 7 license holder, or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment

The salary range for this role is $119,000-$198,400.

Actual salary offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
relevant experience, skills, education and comparison to internal employees (where relevant).
