We take on a diverse range of assignments that include infrastructure projects as well as healthcare, educational, institutional, manufacturing, and commercial clients.

We are seeking a Construction Manager for our NYC market


Responsibilities:

Directs activities of workers associated with implementing construction projects. Evaluates specifications to plan procedures, starting and completion times, and staffing requirements for each phase of construction.

Assembles members of organization (supervisory, clerical, engineering, cost control, and

other workers) at start of project.


Directs personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.

May oversee supervisory personnel and labor representatives to resolve complaints and grievances within work force. Manages supervisory and engineering personnel, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods. Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules.

4-year degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management required,

10 years of construction project experience required.


Compensation Range:
$124, $166,191.00
