The Construction Management Division is staffed by more than 400 professionals who provide program management, construction management, design-build, construction supervision and inspection services.

We take on a diverse range of assignments that include infrastructure projects as well as healthcare, educational, institutional, manufacturing, and commercial clients.
We are seeking a Construction Manager for our NYC marketResponsibilities:
Directs activities of workers associated with implementing construction projects. Evaluates specifications to plan procedures, starting and completion times, and staffing requirements for each phase of construction.
Assembles members of organization (supervisory, clerical, engineering, cost control, and
other workers) at start of project.
Directs personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.
4-year degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management required,
10 years of construction project experience required.
Compensation Range:
$124, $166,191.00
