    • Job Title: Lead Office Service Associate (Serving corporate level clients)
    • Department: Office Services/Mail/Reprographics
    • Location: Miami, FL
    • Hours: Monday - Friday, Flexible with schedule and overtime. Between 6:30 am - 6:30 pm.
    • Salary: $35.00 per hour

    The ideal candidate will possess a polished corporate demeanor and excel in delivering top-tier, white-glove customer service. Additionally, they should demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Job Summary:

    Forrest Solutions, a leading provider of onsite outsourced solutions, is seeking a highly experienced Lead Office Service Associate to oversee the efficient operation of office services, mail, and reprographics functions. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Flexibility with schedule and willingness to work overtime are essential for this role.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Essential Functions:

    • Manage day-to-day Service Center operations at the home location and regional offices, ensuring 100% client satisfaction.
    • Supervise, schedule, and delegate tasks to onsite staff, maintaining workflow efficiency.
    • Assess employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are consistently met.
    • Train and onboard new hires, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
    • Set goals for staff and align their work with the company's plans and vision.
    • Recommend and implement improvements based on performance evaluations.
    • Report performance records and evaluations to senior management.

    Job Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
    • Prior supervisory experience in a corporate office environment.
    • Ability to, train, and motivate high-quality personnel.
    • Willingness to assist with all services as necessary.
    • Strong understanding and enforcement of Forrest Solutions' standards, policies, and procedures.
    • Ability to provide direction and corrective action to staff as needed.
    • Skilled in motivating staff and fostering a cohesive team environment.
    • Proficiency with various hardware platforms including PC's, scanners, printers, and MFD's.
