Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely scanning of documents using advanced scanning equipment and software.
- Provide comprehensive administrative services, such as data entry, file organization, and maintaining office supplies.
- Offer efficient and friendly help desk support, troubleshooting computer and software issues, and assisting employees with technical inquiries on office equipment errors.
- Assist in case management tasks, including organizing and tracking documentation, maintaining databases, and ensuring confidentiality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency in office operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and providing solutions with a positive and upbeat attitude.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in scanning, data entry, and document management.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability in resolving issues.
- Previous experience in an office support role or customer service position is preferred.
