    What You Will Be Doing

    As a Client Services Associate, you will serve as the initial support point for existing clients and oversee the execution of all language projects.


    • Address client requests for new project initiatives through our central technology
    • Collaborate with various members of the production team to evaluate project scope, provide cost and timeline estimates for translation projects and requests
    • Start all project-related tasks by outlining budget, schedule, and instructions for the project team, and anticipating potential challenges
    • Ensure timely resolution of any issues and obtain client approval before project initiation
    • Proactively handle project specifics to set up the project team for success
    • Take an active role in understanding clients' industry, business requirements, and company culture, educate the project team, and offer exceptional service
    • Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets, and deliver high-quality results
    • Act as the main contact point and mediator between external clients and internal production staff
    • Establish and meet client expectations
    • Adhere to internal regulations, processes, and ISO standards
    • Potentially troubleshoot problematic projects
    • Understand and comply with project instructions and effectively communicate them to the production team
    • Investigate client complaints if necessary
    • Address issues with clients and production staff, finding creative solutions to resolve problems


    Who We Are Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
    • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
    • Experience in customer service and/or project management
    • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Aptitude for prioritizing tasks, working in a team, and being open to learning and challenges
