- Perform various clerical and medical support services to ensure the smooth functioning of the center.
- Carry out basic secretarial tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondences.
- Coordinate supply orders, reconcile charges, and manage physician schedules efficiently.
- Assist in arranging urgent medical tests and scheduling appointments for Managed Care patients.
- Maintain daily reports and demonstrate service excellence in all interactions.
- Perform any additional duties as required.
