    By giving engineers autonomy to integrate data without requiring technical expertise or reliance on centralized IT teams, teams in over 100 organizations including Daimler, Adidas, Pfizer and Generali are able to accelerate the delivery of real-time applications.

    We are looking for customer-obsessed Account Executives.

    This is an amazing opportunity to help customers accelerate the transformation.

    You will be inheriting mature accounts that need help taking Lenses to the next level and opening up real-time data to 1000s of users within their organization. As well as helping take new organizations on their first steps.

    You will work with the largest companies in the world and be exposed to some of their most strategic projects.

    You will work in a startup-environment whilst leveraging the great resources and benefits from our parent company Celonis.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales (particularly selling to Data, IT or Engineering buying centers), experience selling to Fortune 500 companies and closing $500k+ deals.

    Along with a Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase user adoption and success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, prospecting and closing deals with new and existing customers
    • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding and aligning to their strategic initiatives
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns to generate leads and drive pipeline growth
    • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers and drive adoption of 's platform
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to help inform product roadmap and sales strategies
    • Deliver accurate and timely forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior management

    Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a track record of success selling to Fortune 500 companies
    • Experience selling engineering tooling, data management or analytics solutions is highly preferred
    • Strong understanding of data management and analytics trends and technologies
    • Proven ability to develop and execute a sales strategy, manage a complex sales cycle, and negotiate and close deals
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
    • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
