    Job Description: ORANGE COUNTY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

    As an Account Executive at SnapNHD, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategies and expanding our market reach. Utilizing your sales background, real estate industry knowledge, and public speaking expertise, you will effectively communicate the advantages of our services. Your responsibilities will include fostering client connections, pursuing sales opportunities, and meeting sales objectives. This position is key to our team, requiring an enthusiastic, enjoyable, and driven approach to achieving sales excellence. You will also be actively involved in social media, engaging with customers, sharing valuable content, and enhancing our brand presence on various platforms.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
    • Promote SnapNHD's services through networking, industry events, and marketing efforts in real estate brokerages & escrow offices.
    • Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations for potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
    • Grow and maintain SnapNHD's social media presence, ensuring ongoing engagement and community expansion.
    • Create engaging content that showcases the advantages of our services and educates the audience on natural hazard disclosures.
    • Provide client feedback to improve product features and enhance the customer service journey.
    • Consistently meet and exceed sales revenue targets.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated sales background, preferably in the real estate field.
    • Strong public speaking abilities to captivate and persuade diverse audiences.
    • Thorough understanding of the real estate sector and its regulations.
    • Enthusiastic, enjoyable, and driven personality with a passion for success.
    • Proficiency in managing social media platforms and creating captivating content.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and effective multitasking capabilities.
