    Account Executive - West

    Territory: Southern CA, Las Vegas and Southern NV, Utah

    Candidates must have capital sales experience. Experience selling radiology imaging equipment highly desirable.

    The KMHA Account Executive represents Konica Minolta in a direct sales capacity to the medical marketplace as directed by the Regional General Manager (RGM). Primary call points will include but are not limited to Radiology Department personnel and management, Hospital Administration and Executive Leadership, Information Technology Department personnel and management, Biomedical Engineering Department personnel and management, Healthcare System Executive Management, Advisory Boards, etc.

    Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

    This position works with little daily supervision, requires strong interpersonal skills and work ethic. Works under the direction of the RGM to achieve corporate goals, standards and objectives.

    Develops and implements individual territory sales programs.

    Establishes and maintains effective dealer relationships.

    Prepares and submits timely and accurate reports as required.

    Contacts customers frequently, advancing KMHA market presence and overall penetration.

    Maintains updates with customers regarding products, procedures and questions.

    Attends meetings and industry related shows when required.

    Maintain confidentiality of all information.

    Reports on new competitive products or changes in existing products.

    Represent in the medical marketplace KMHA's technology in the form of Presentations, Webinars, Corporate gatherings, etc.

    Expense and company asset management.

    Meet and exceeds annual performance standards and objectives.

    All others as directed by management.

    Principal Requirements:

    Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

    Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years successful and verifiable sales experience. Success selling Radiology Imaging capital equipment highly desirable.

    Travel up to 75%.

    Must reside in either Southern CA, Las Vegas or southern Nevada, or Southern Utah.
