    This role is remote; however we require someone to reside in cities in the vicinity of either Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando, Miami, Fort-Lauderdale, or Boca Raton.

    Atlantix Partners is a well-established company in business over 20 years that specializes in accounting, finance, CFO services, & outsourced accounting.

    To continue our phenomenal growth, we are adding a Business Development Executive to further develop the Florida market, specifically aimed to expand our BPO/ fractional accounting services targeting start-up to mid-size clients of all verticals.

    In this role you will connect with mostly C-Suite leaders to develop new business and drive revenue growth by connecting, engaging and building long-term relationships with clients and other market partners serving this client base, demonstrating our capabilities to solve their problems.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Execute a proven sales process to achieve activity quotas and revenue goals.
    • Develop new business within our Business Process Outsourcing and Fractional accounting services.
    • Research trends within start-up and SMB businesses.
    • Research and identify key decision makers within the target market.
    • Perform numerous, high quality, outreach connections with decision makers and market influencers by phone, email, and social platforms to set up in-person meetings..
    • Meet with clients and market influencers in a team selling environment to identify opportunities that align with Atlantix Partners capabilities.
    • Build relationships with clients through a professional, consultative approach.
    • Meet goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis related to sales activity, opportunities, and revenue.
    • Plan, execute, and document all activity within our corporate CRM system.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 2+ years of successful "consultative" sales experience in the professional B2B service sector.
    • Experience in building sales in the startup to SMB is a strong asset.
    • Experience in client acquisition sales.
    • Sales or experience in accounting is a very strong asset.
    • Experience selling to C-Suite level executives is required.
    • Coachable with a strong desire to learn.
    • Demonstrated track record of understanding KPIs and exceeding sales goals.
    • Expert at building and maintaining relationships.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skill.
    • Ability to travel to meet clients as needed.

    This is a permanent role with a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and benefits
