My name is Kathleen Paglia. I am an HR Executive.  I have 15+ years of HR experience with 7 of those years leading HR teams and 5+ years in an executive role. I hold a Master’s Degree in HR Administration from the University of Michigan and a BA in Psychology from the College of NJ and a PHR Cert. 

My primary career objective is to secure a challenging and impactful role as an HR Leader. I am driven to lead and drive strategic human resources initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture while maximizing the potential of an organization's most valuable asset—its people.
