I can offer 10 years of global HR experience leading HR teams providing creative solutions, problem solving, planning and project management for all HR operational initiatives in Fortune 500 and Startups organizations. I excel in cultivating a purpose-driven culture, nurturing employee growth, enabling work-life integration, building strong employee-manager relationships and championing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are just some programs.
I have provided support to both exempt and nonexempt employees in the United States, as well as to business lines across LATAM, EMEA, APAC, and Canada. My support has extended to diverse functions, including Sales, Engineers, Global Operations, Scientists, Legal, Designers, just to mention a few.
Most recently at RocketPower, I served as a senior HR leader, overseeing the design and implementation of all operational aspects of HR that significantly impacted the business operations and company culture. ● Championing a collaborative cross-functional relationships with Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, hiring managers and business line executives
