Essential Duties:

Content Management: Manage content within the Sitecore CMS, ensuring adaptive/responsive design and continuous improvement of the customer experience through hands-on execution.

SEO Implementation: Develop and implement SEO solutions to improve site rankings, continuously driving toward a best-in-class website experience through hands-on execution.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/design, marketing, technology, compliance, and operations and external vendors to ensure feasibility and deliverability of digital solutions.

Strategic Direction: Contribute to the strategic direction and prioritization of digital products and features associated with customer experience, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.

Analytics Optimization: Leverage analytics to optimize traffic for increased sales, reservations, online orders, loyalty program engagement, and more, implementing changes based on data insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 58 years of in digital product development or website management experience required.
- Advanced website analytics experience required.
- Proficiency in webdesign practices and software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver) required.
- Experience leading website SEO efforts and implementing SEO best practices required.
- Adaptability to changing business conditions and priorities required.
