- Work to align distribution channels with the marketing segmentation strategy, ensuring that products and services are effectively reaching the intended market segments.
- Regularly gather and analyze feedback from all relevant parties involved in the project.
- Organize and lead sessions to review feedback, with the goal of refining and improving ongoing and future project success.
- Promote an environment of continuous improvement by actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the marketing planning process.
- Advocate for the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches to marketing segmentation strategy execution.

The Consultant for Local Execution Strategy plays a crucial role in the orchestration and realization of Kinetic Business Unit's (BU) strategic marketing initiatives at the local level.
