As a leading provider of Managed Service Programs (MSP) for staffing solutions, we're seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Director to spearhead our growth in this critical market area.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy to drive significant growth within the Staffing MSP space.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and exceeding revenue goals.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at target companies seeking comprehensive staffing solutions.
Leverage deep industry knowledge to position HireXtra's MSP offering as the superior solution, highlighting the value proposition and ROI.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, effectively communicating the benefits of HireXtra's technology and network.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Account Management, Operations, Marketing) to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales cycle.
Stay current on industry trends and competitor landscape, identifying new opportunities and adapting strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within the staffing or related industry (HR services, recruitment technology).

Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
Extensive experience working with Staffing Managed Service Programs (MSP) and a deep understanding of their benefits for clients.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively engaging senior-level decision-makers.
Demonstrated the ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex sales cycles.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to sales planning and execution.
