- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and issues
- Handle the end-to-end management of commercial insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Assess client needs and risks to recommend appropriate insurance coverage options
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and pricing on behalf of clients
- Assist clients in filing insurance claims and provide support throughout the claims process
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policy changes, and other relevant information in the agency management system
- Identify opportunities to expand client coverage and offer additional insurance products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert insurance advice
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial insurance account management or related role.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Insurance industry certifications (e.g., CIC, CRM) preferred but not required
