- Serve as the primary point of contact as it relates to overall account, new opportunities and escalations
- Build strong and mutually beneficial relationships with external partners
- Conduct regular scheduled meetings with partners and stakeholders to ensure needs are met
- Provide clear and consistent direction to supporting teams to drive business goals
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze key business indicators and ensures accurate and timely delivery of data
- Research and analyze current industry trends in the market to identify new product enhancement opportunities
- Identifies new partnerships and assists in developing new relationships
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to manage multiple projects/partners simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- An ability to address issues in a timely manner while identifying root cause
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- Knowledge of marketing and its relationship to product management
- 5+ years work experience in B2B Strategic Account Management
- BS degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- Solid sales experience in a B2B environment
- Experience as a Strategic Account Manager or Key Account Manager
- Experience in the Energy Sector highly preferred
- Strong Financial Analysis experience
- Strong Energy Product Knowledge
