HRC Total Solutions, LLC is a third-party administrator of pre-tax benefit accounts and COBRA.

As a recognized leader in our services, we continue to build and expand our talented team of professionals, and we are seeking a skilled Account Manager to foster positive relationships with our clients and ensure their satisfaction As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a book of client accounts, understanding their needs, and offering solutions to drive business growth.

This position has the following schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.

  • It is a hybrid position, but requires some travel in New England area, no overnights.
The rate of pay for this position is $19.00-$20.00/hour


Responsibilities:


  • Serves as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests and issues
  • Collaborates with Account Administrator to process Client service agreements and renewal documents
  • Processes and researches cases and inquiries in Client Relations Queue
  • Assists with overflow of Customer Service call queue
  • Stays updated on plans and services
  • Educates the Client's employees about plan options via verbal and/or multimedia presentations
  • Travels to and conducts employee education meetings at client sites (Virtual webinars are requested more often, instead of the in person presentations, but there is still the option for inperson presentations)
  • Travel required if requested (reliable transportation required)
  • Travel occurs 050% during months of November-January, all other months 010% (Virtual webinars are requested more often, instead of the in person presentations, but there is still the option for inperson presentations)
  • Travel occurs in the New England area, no overnight travel

Experience/Skills:


  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar clientfacing role
  • Ability to speak confidently and professionally in front of a large audience
  • Ability to travel within the New England area (No over night travel)
  • Ability to build and maintain longterm relationships with clients
  • Serviceoriented and able to resolve customer grievances
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong initiative and resourcefulness
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Ability to learn the plans and IRS regulations
  • Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new software; Knowledge of CRM software a plus
