  • Acquisition of large dealer connections and dealer groups
  • Establishment of connections and cooperation negotiations with dealer associations
  • Post-acquisition support for acquired dealers
  • Creating sales growth in focus regions
  • Coaching of regional managers in all aspects of acquisition
  • Accompaniment and initiation of captive tenders
  • Support of regional sales teams in consultation with respective sales managers
  • Management of trade fair and press activities related to dealer acquisition
  • Completed degree in business administration or a comparable field of study, or a commercial apprenticeship
  • Many years of professional experience in the automotive industry, ideally in the banking and FDL environment
  • First experience in professional leadership of employees is desirable
  • Deep knowledge of the mechanisms of sales and purchasing financing solutions
  • High analytical skills, very good communication skills with strong negotiation skills and experience in conflict resolution
  • Good self-organization and independent way of working
  • Very high willingness to travel (3-4 days with overnight stays)
  • Very good application knowledge in MS Office products
