    Required Experience:
    Experience in monitoring building systems to include Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning; Plumbing; Water Management (e.g. gutter and drain systems); and Telephone systems. Strong organizational skills with experience in coordinating with external vendors / repair personnel.

    Position does require some physical activity to include using a ladder to access areas of the building for monitoring of the systems and building envelope to include accessing the roof and other non-public areas.
