Organization Overview:
Templeton Academy's mission is to revolutionize access to Student agency by nurturing young people from all backgrounds into purposeful adults who use their gifts in a way that brings them joy and serves others.
Templeton Academy D.C. currently serves 80 Students in gradesCore Responsibilities:
- Implement and continually improve TADC's operational systems and processes with clear objectives and benchmarks for success.
- Manage key Student data from incoming records requests, to attendance and report cards for current Students, to transcripts for soontobe grads, while overseeing a variety of Studentfacing systems (learning management system, CRM, etc.).
- Provide key support to faculty such as onboarding assistance, arranging substitute teachers, managing rental contracts and processing nontuition family payments.
- Oversee third party janitorial services and assess additional building maintenance needs.
- Integrate into the fabric of the organization to gain deep knowledge of issues and assess issues that serve as barriers to a team or organization's maximum effectiveness.
- Provide exceptional service to families, Students, and staff.
- Manage local relationships with all third party vendors and continually research competitive options.
- Develop and implement tracking and reporting systems on all current and upcoming projects.
- Meet regularly with the Head of School and Director of Operations to provide updates, insights, and recommendations on all operational facets of the organization.
Qualifications:
A love of learning, entrepreneurial spirit, and unsurpassed written and oral communication skills.
This position is for an individual who is energized by experimentation, iteration, and collaboration, all while holding a passion for and ability to simply and clearly explain the school's model, and connect with parents and Students.
In addition, we seek inspired individuals with:
- A passion for Students and a commitment to Student-centered, project-based learning
- Relevant work experience, ideally in school environment
- A love of detail, data, and meticulous organization
- A bachelor's degree and a demonstrated ability to lead projects and develop recruiting initiatives: organizing, planning and executing projects from conception through implementation

Compensation:
Competitive and commensurate with experience.
Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
