Qualifications and Education Requirements:


  • High School diploma.
  • Five (5) years of experience in monitoring building systems.
  • Experience in monitoring building systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, water management (e.g., gutter and drain systems and telephone systems.
  • Organizational skills with experience in coordinating external vendors and repair personnel.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as using a ladder to access areas of building for system monitoring and accessing nonpublic areas like the roof.
  • Proficiency in scheduling meetings, arranging conference rooms, and communication with attendees.
  • Ability to maintain and update recurring reports and slide presentations.
  • Experience in developing, coordinating, and synchronizing calendars.
  • Familiarity with supporting project office events such as Town Halls, brown bags, and video teleconference sessions.
  • Competence in managing tasking databases and tracking suspense dates.
  • Capable of supporting Quality Performance Reviews (QPRs), quad charts, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Skills in assembling, maintaining, and providing Welcome Packets for onboarding personnel.
  • Ability to maintain/update phone and seating rosters.
  • Experience in coordinating, staffing, and assisting the development/revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and memorandums.
  • Proficiency in supporting ceremony preparations and execution, including program design, rehearsal coordination, script updates and seating arrangements.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure maintenance and supportability procedures.
  • Ability to ensure vehicle fleet maintenance and support mission requirements.
  • U.S. Citizen with an Active Secret Security Clearance.

Job Duties:


  • Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, water management and telephone systems.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and repair personnel for building system maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform physical tasks such as accessing building areas using a ladder for system monitoring and maintenance.
  • Schedule meetings, arrange conference rooms, and communicate with attendees.
