- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Finance to enhance communication and develop operational solutions
- Lead the monthly sales incentive compensation process using Xactly Incent, our sales performance management system
- Oversee and develop commissions staff to meet goals and objectives, focusing on employee growth
- Assist in the accurate preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual commissions and SPIF calculations, ensuring sales data validity
- Contribute to analytics and plan effectiveness to inform incentive design decisions
- Provide ongoing support to resolve commission calculation inquiries and exceptions
- Suggest data quality improvements and streamline operational processes
- Ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and payments, collaborating with various departments
- Manage commission expense accruals and refine commission plan terms and conditions
- Create training content and lead special projects including system enhancements and ad-hoc reporting
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of sales operations and/or variable compensation experience, including managerial expertise
- Experience in leading teams and driving performance
- Strong partnering skills at all organizational levels
- Track record of implementing processes and improvements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with sales compensation software
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and effective communicator with a passion for driving change
