    Description

    The Sales Incentives Manager (Global Commissions) plays a crucial role in leading the team responsible for calculating and processing commission payments for our diverse workforce of over 1,000 employees with variable compensation. Working closely with Finance, Payroll, and Sales Operations, this role ensures accurate calculation, reporting, and payment of commissions. Additionally, the Sales Incentives Manager assists in addressing inquiries from the Sales team, Executives, and Finance team. This position involves problem-solving by identifying system, process, and workflow enhancements.

    • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Finance to enhance communication and develop operational solutions
    • Lead the monthly sales incentive compensation process using Xactly Incent, our sales performance management system
    • Oversee and develop commissions staff to meet goals and objectives, focusing on employee growth
    • Assist in the accurate preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual commissions and SPIF calculations, ensuring sales data validity
    • Contribute to analytics and plan effectiveness to inform incentive design decisions
    • Provide ongoing support to resolve commission calculation inquiries and exceptions
    • Suggest data quality improvements and streamline operational processes
    • Ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and payments, collaborating with various departments
    • Manage commission expense accruals and refine commission plan terms and conditions
    • Create training content and lead special projects including system enhancements and ad-hoc reporting
    The desired skills for this role include:
    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years of sales operations and/or variable compensation experience, including managerial expertise
    • Experience in leading teams and driving performance
    • Strong partnering skills at all organizational levels
    • Track record of implementing processes and improvements
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with sales compensation software
    • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Clear and effective communicator with a passion for driving change
