    Responsibilities:

    • ● Actively seek out new business opportunities, managing the entire sales process from start to finish, and focusing on self-generated leads.
    • ● Build strong relationships with external influencers like CPAs, Insurance Brokers, and Certified Financial Planners, leveraging a robust referral network. This includes internal partnership referrals, providing the chance to cross-sell across various channels through our 'Stronger Together' initiative.
    • ● Showcase your detailed product knowledge through personalized demos, creating tailored solutions for each client's specific needs.
    • ● Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales commitments.
    • ● Leverage Atlas, our cutting-edge sales enablement platform, to strategically meet and exceed sales targets.
    • ● Navigate the competitive landscape expertly, positioning Heartland as the top choice in the market.
    • ● Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely while being required to be local but having the freedom to sell across regions.

    Qualifications:

    • ● High school Diploma/GED preferred
    • ● Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
    • ● Successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
