    Summary:
    We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to boost sales within a specific area. Your main responsibilities will include building relationships with key decision-makers, implementing product strategies, and enhancing program effectiveness.
    As part of your role, you will play a crucial part in expanding the market presence of our client by promoting premium plumbing products through various distributors. You will not only meet sales targets but also contribute to shaping them by providing valuable insights and forecasts.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree is a must
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Outside Sales with tangible products
    • Location: Must be based in the greater Boston, MA area
    • Experience with designers, architects, builders, and remodelers
    • Industry knowledge in lighting, plumbing, textiles, or wholesale building materials
    Location:
    Should be located in greater Boston, MA, with occasional travel to trade shows and customer sites.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Maintain relationships with distributor accounts and industry professionals in the assigned area.
    • Provide guidance and training to sales teams, assisting with strategies and technical issues.
    • Analyze sales data to adjust strategies and achieve targets.
    • Develop annual plans with accounts to drive marketing and sales activities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach.
    • Handle warehouse inspections and resolve product-related complaints.
    • Participate in relevant industry events to expand knowledge and network.
    • Manage distribution channels in the designated region.
    • Oversee specific market segments as per instructions.
    • Keep track of daily activities, expenses, and documentation.
    • Implement pricing programs as per company guidelines.
    Education, Skills, and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in sales, business, or marketing.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in outside sales.
    • Showroom sales background is advantageous.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
