JOB SUMMARY:
The Specialty Sales Representative is responsible for launch preparation activities and driving brand recognition and adoption within a specific territory. This role involves engaging with various stakeholders, including Health Care Providers (HCPs), hospital staff, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver approved clinical information and product presentations.
This position plays a vital role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and growth of the brand, requiring the development of strong business relationships with key accounts and customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in business or life sciences, MBA or MS preferred
5+ years of industry experience, 3+ years in field-based account management
Experience in pharmaceutical sales with knowledge of Allergy/Immunology markets
Previous experience with product launches and navigating payer dynamics
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Driving and credentialing requirements may apply. Please note this position is dependent on FDA approval of neffy (ARS-1) epinephrine nasal spray.
ARS offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $115,000 to $137,000, along with performance-based incentives. Final compensation is determined based on various factors such as experience, qualifications, and expertise.
